A father has been charged with shaking his baby to death and throwing her on the ground after he became frustrated with her crying. Marquis Garrison, 30, from Denver, was charged today with first-degree murder and child abuse resulting in the death of his two-month-old daughter on June 25. Officials say he did it because he was frustrated by her 'fussing and crying'.
