An 11-year-old upstate New York girl was charged with two felonies for allegedly brutalizing her foster mother’s puppy to death with her bare hands. The reason? She didn’t get her way, State Police said Tuesday. The Saratoga girl was reportedly staying at an overnight foster home in Lake George on Sunday, when she asked the woman for a ride. “The foster mother said no,” Trooper Mark Cepiel told the Albany Times-Union. “Later on, the girl caused injuries to the dog and the dog died.”
