A surveillance video released by police has captured bystanders walking past a dead hit-and-run victim and boarding a bus without hesitation. The shocking footage was made available by the Arlington County Police Department in a bid to find witnesses to the fatality in Virginia on July 1 at around 9:30pm. Edgar Francisco Aguilar, 35, was struck by a vehicle while traveling westbound on Columbia Pike at the Four Mile Run Drive intersection, according to authorities.
