A woman who beat her estranged husband's dog to death could face up to 20 years in prison after being found guilty. Evita Williams broke into a bedroom of her in-laws' home last July, before stealing the family's dog and killing it with a baseball bat in the backyard of the property in Longwood, Florida. Prosecutors said the 25-year-old had beaten the dog to death to get revenge on her ex-husband, Richard Franklin Williams.
