A former elementary school teacher-turned-alleged drug dealer was charged on Thursday in the brutal murder and dismemberment of a 19-year-old woman. Luis Ruiz, 37, allegedly tortured and slaughtered Carina Saunders, whose remains were found stuffed into a duffel bag behind a grocery store in Bethany, Oklahoma in October 2011. Authorities believe Ruiz, a father of five, murdered Saunders to scare female witnesses so they would cooperate with a drug and human trafficking ring he was allegedly involved in.
