A teenager killed himself after his name was accidentally left off a list of students who had passed their exams in Switzerland. The 19-year-old, who has not been named, committed suicide after an 'administrative error' meant he was omitted from the online pass list published by the college in Lausanne last Friday. When the list was republished yesterday, however, the tragic student was listed as having passed his business studies exams.
