About 15 human body parts — mostly legs and feet — were found dumped in a Texas landfill. It wasn’t the work of a mutilating maniac, cops in Port Arthur said, just improper disposal of legitimate amputations. The extremities were found at the city landfill Friday, KIII-TV reported.
