An 11-year-old Oregon girl died after she fell out a loose emergency exit window on a bus her family had rented for a relative's birthday party. Angie Hernandez, was leaning against the window when it gave way and threw her to her death on Saturday night when the party bus made a turn. Her family watched in horror as she suddenly slipped away from the quinceanera party -- where she was celebrating a relative's 15th birthday.
