Tragic, and yet no divine intervention from the asshole God...
A church bus crash on a highway in Jefferson County, Tenn., killed at least eight people and injured up to 14 others Wednesday, local media report.
The bus' left front tire burst about 2 p.m. heading east on Interstate 40 and it drifted into the median, causing it to collide with a tractor-trailer and a Chevrolet Tahoe, reported the Knoxville News Sentinel.
The tractor-trailer immediately caught fire and the bus overturned as dark clouds stretched high into sky.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and blasted water to extinguish the blaze but smoke was still rising from the wreck hours later.
Among the dead were six bus passengers, the tractor-trailer's driver and an SUV passenger, according to Dalya Qualls, an officer with the Tennessee Department of Safety & Homeland Security.
She told the Knoxville News Sentinel that the bus was carrying 18 people in total.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
