YORK, Pa. - March 21, 2012 (WPVI) -- A central Pennsylvania man is behind bars charged with the fatal beating of a toddler he was babysitting six months ago.
Thirty-nine-year-old Aric Shayne Woodard is behind bars charged with homicide in the Nov. 7 death of 2-year-old Jaques Omari Twinn.
Investigators say Woodard beat the boy while looking after him at a home in York.
