Five dogs in the same town have died after eating meat laced with pesticide thrown into back gardens by a mystery pet poisoner.
Pet owners are being warned to stay on their guard after the deaths in Knottingley, West Yorkshire.
Two pets died after eating pork loin steaks thrown into their garden which was coated in pesticide while another three, displaying the same symptoms, suffered agonising deaths.
