TOKYO — Police on Friday arrested a 24-year-old man over the fatal stabbing of a man in his 20s in Tokyo’s Shinjuku Ward on Thursday night.
According to police, the victim was stabbed in the neck and stomach in his apartment in Takadanobaba at about 9 p.m., TV Asahi reported.
