Mother, 43, and her three children arrested after stripping naked outside school and chanting 'God is great'

Students at a Philadelphia high school got a lesson they weren’t expecting when a mom and her kids stripped off and ran around the parking lot.

They lay on the ground and began chanting ‘God is great’.

Sarah Butler, 44, and three of her children - Joanne, 23, Bessie, 22, and a 14-year-old son – stripped off outside Upper Darby High School on Friday at around 1pm.
