The last thing Tyler Clementi likely saw before plunging to his death from the George Washington Bridge was a text message from his roommate apologizing for spying on his dorm-room encounter with another man.
Minutes after Clementi's phone received the note from former Rutgers University student Dharun Ravi, the freshman updated his Facebook status with: 'Jumping off the gw bridge sorry,' it was revealed in court Wednesday.
Prosecutors played the tape of Ravi's interview with police Wednesday at the trial over whether he illegally invaded Clementi's privacy when he used a webcam to watch the New Jersey college freshman online in September 2010.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
