SANTA ANA, Calif. (KTLA) -- A registered sex offender has been charged with killing a woman during the course of a brutal sexual assault in a Stanton motel room.
Charles Patrick Drew, 62, a transient, is charged with one felony count of special circumstances murder in the commission of rape, sodomy, and oral copulation.
