Details linking accused double killer Michael Briscoe to the beating death of prostitute Ellie May Meyer were revealed for the first time at trial on Wednesday.
Crown eyewitness Stephanie Bird – who is already serving a life sentence for her role in the golf course sex-slaying of 13-year-old Nina Courtepatte – testified she saw Briscoe and convicted killer Joe Laboucan chase Meyer down in a farmer’s field after Laboucan had sex with her.
