A musclebound mental patient who was off his meds plunged a knife through the skull of a city cop in an unprovoked East Harlem attack — and then calmly strolled away.
In mere seconds, the 26-year-old ex-con snapped during a conversation with cops, driving the knife with such force that the blade pierced the cop’s brain.
The suspect’s mother said her son was diagnosed 10 years ago with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and depression. Officer Eder Loor, who responded to the mother’s 911 call, was in critical but stable condition on Tuesday — after facing off with a ticking time bomb.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
