I 'd like to think that when someone is convicted and proven to be guilty of murder he'd get less rights for about anything! Let alone some pussified claim that he wasn't treated fairly; whining about what color the jury had... Seriously?!. Like those guys who got humiliated and shot in cold blood were treated fairly... Fuck that asshole, strip him naked and hang him... mercilessly...
The teenager jailed for life for the murder of two British tourists in Florida has launched an appeal against his sentence.
Lawyers for Shawn Tyson, 17, claim he did not get a fair trial and have listed 12 reasons to challenge his conviction.
Among them is the racial make-up of the jury who found Tyson guilty of the murders of James Cooper and James Kouzaris after the eight day trial last month in Sarasota.
The panel consisted of 11 white jurors and one black juror.
Tyson is black, and the two British victims were white.
Cooper,25, and Kouzaris,24, were shot dead a year ago in Sarasota, Florida, in a botched robbery.
