BOSTON—Prosecutors are searching for a man they believe fled the country after shooting dead his 21-year-old former girlfriend and her sister in their apartment in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood.
Thirty-year-old Jean Weevins Janvier is a former Dorchester resident. Prosecutors accuse him of killing 21-year-old Stephanie Emile and 23-year-old Judith Emile inside their Harlem Street apartment in November.
