SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- A man is dead and his little girl is clinging to life after a hit-and-run accident in Willowbrook.
The accident happened shortly before 6 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of Santa Ana Boulevard and Watts Avenue in Willowbrook.
Jose Arriola, 38, and his family were crossing the street in a crosswalk when he and his 7-year-old daughter Anjelica were hit by a white Cadillac Escalade.
