An explosion ripped through a building in Syria's central city of Hama on Wednesday killing scores of civilians, although the death toll has been disputed among a number of sources.
Syrian state media, SANA, reported that at least 16 civilians were killed by a "terrorist group" while rigging an explosive device in a bomb-making house in the Masha'a al-Tair neighborhood.
