A man is dead and another is seriously injured after they were each struck by separate subway trains in New York on Sunday morning.
A 24-year-old man, who police said was drunk, was smashed to death by an oncoming N train in Astoria, Queens.
The second man, 46, was struck by a C train as it made its way to the 96th Street station in Manhattan. He is expected to survive.
