A eight-year-old boy shot in the head by his dad after the boy's mother demanded a divorce has died in St Poelten, Austria, say police.
The terrified youngster was dragged from his primary school class on Friday by his deranged dad and blasted in the head with a 9mm handgun while his seven-year-old sister was forced to watch.
He was only saved from dying on the spot by a team of medics who were visiting the school to give a first aid lesson.
