A man has been charged with tying up his four-year-old daughter so he could play video games.
Heath Howe, 27, of Sarasota, Florida decided last week to take his young child into the kitchen to tie her up with a rope so he could use the television to play 'bad guy' video games.
When her mother realized what was happening, she did nothing to help the girl, according to authorities.
The rope was so tight on the girl that she was left with marks on her left and right arms. She also suffered bleeding under her skin leaving red spots on her, authorities said.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
