LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- A man was shot and killed in Koreatown this afternoon after he was hit by an SUV.
According to Los Angeles Police Officer Karen Rayner, the victim was struck by a white SUV near the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and San Marino Street around 1:20 p.m.
A man then stepped out of the car and fatally shot the bicyclist as he lay on the ground, Rayner said.
