SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. - May 30, 2012 (WPVI) -- State Police in eastern Pennsylvania say two men have been charged in the death of another man allegedly left tied to a tree for almost a day.
Troopers in Schuylkill County allege that the two said they led 26-year-old Bryan Smith of Orwigsburg into the woods Monday, had him sit with his back to a tree, tied his arms around it and gagged him.
Police allege they left Smith there for about 20 hours in hot and humid weather and later found him dead. 48-year-old Keith Reber and 25-year-old Daniel Dull were charged with criminal homicide, kidnapping, assault, conspiracy and other counts.
