MIAMI (KTLA) -- A police officer shot and killed a naked man in South Beach who was chewing off the face of another man.

The officer order the suspect to back away, but he continued the assault. The officer fired one shot, but the attacker kept eating the man's face. Several more shots were fired.
The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
