A gunman fired into a crowded bar in Alabama early Tuesday, authorities said, wounding more than a dozen people. The shooter, who remains on the loose, stood outside the Copper Top Bar in downtown Tuscaloosa and fired an unknown number of times into the pub around 1 a.m., according to the local police department. No deaths have been reported, but 17 people are believed to be wounded, with at least one person critically injured and three others in serious condition, officials told WBRC 6 News. It isn’t clear what kinds of injuries they all suffered.
