A woman has revealed her sickening injuries after a violent sex assault as she bravely waived her anonymity in a bid to snare her fugitive attacker. Stephanie Hewson, from North Tyneside, was barely recognisable after the shaven-headed thug dragged her into an alleyway in Whitley Bay and beat her almost unconscious. The brazen attacker was then caught on CCTV casually strolling away from his battered victim, apparently fiddling with the zip on his jeans.
