A Pennsylvania woman was arrested Monday for allegedly running over and killing her boyfriend during an argument and fleeing the scene.
Esther Brubaker, 36, was charged with homicide by vehicle and causing an accidents involving a death, according to court records.
Police say that Brubaker struck Jeremy Anderson, 34, with her minivan outside their Silver Spring home before taking off, according to Philadelphia's NBC affiliate WCAU.
The station reported that Anderson's body was found with prominent tire marks on his body when police found him about 5:45 p.m. on Monday.
