The section of track in Port Credit where a 17-year-old girl was hit and killed by a GO Train is a regular hangout for teens, says an area resident.
Heather Britton, 34, lives across the street from where the teenage female was struck on Tuesday.
She was walking along a section of track, just east of the Port Credit GO station in Mississauga’s Hurontario St.-Lakeshore Rd. E area.
“People crossing the tracks ... it happens on a regular basis, especially with teenagers, because they’re just not thinking,” said Britton. “I don’t know how she didn’t hear the train coming, unless she had earphones in.”

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
