The victim told NewsChannel 36 that she knew her attackers.
"I just can't believe they did this to me,” she said. “I see these little boys every day. I was only trying to help them." She said the boys knocked on her door, said their power was out, and asked for candles. Then, she said, they returned to say they needed her help with the candles.
The police report said once the boys lured her into the apartment, one of the twins pushed her down while the other slammed and locked the door. The report stated the boys held her down and repeatedly raped the woman.
