IRVINE, Calif. (KTLA) -- An Irvine man is behind bars after he allegedly murdered his wife and then called police to report the crime.
Irvine police dispatches received a call around 9:40 p.m. Monday from Shalabh Rastogi, 39, reporting that he had killed his wife at their apartment during an argument.
Officers arrived minutes later and found the body of a 40-year-old woman. Her identity has not been released.
