(04-30) 16:30 PDT ANTIOCH -- An Antioch man who told police he accidentally shot his brother to death with the brother's brand-new gun has been arrested on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter, police said Monday.
George Enriquez, 41, called police at 6:40 p.m. Saturday and told them he had accidentally shot his brother in his home on 2300 Cambridge Drive, said Lt. Diane Aguinaga, a police spokeswoman.
Police and firefighters arrived and found Michael Franko Enriquez, 37, of Pittsburg shot to death.
