A mother was slapped with a child endangerment charges after her son was attacked by a dog while she was allegedly passed out in her home.
The shocking discovery was made on Tuesday at a home in Eastlake, Ohio. Fox8.com reported that an electric company worker was working nearby when he heard a child screaming, and found a dog tearing at the young boy’s clothing.
The employee, Steven Krotine, told cops he was able to distract the dog long enough for the child to run into his house.
