A Houston man is facing criminal charges for posting a video onto YouTube of him and his ex-girlfriend having sex.
Having used the sex tape as blackmail against his ex-girlfriend to stay in the relationship, Michael Brent Sewell, 32 put the video online when she ended their affair.
Contacted via email on April 4 by a 'Michael McLoser', the victim told police that the video made during their relationship was indeed on the Internet.
