Woman accused of severing man’s penis in fatal Dallas stabbing

The argument got heated, a knife was produced, and when it was over a man lay dead in a Dallas hotel room with multiple stab wounds and his penis severed, according to Dallas police.

Now, Cristal Paulette Richardson, 28, is behind bars in the Dallas County Jail, charged with murder in the gruesome weekend slaying of Cedric Lamont Owens, 34.

The hotel manager opened the door to the room and police found Owens lying dead on the floor, just inside the entrance. He suffered multiple stab wounds to the upper body, his throat was cut and there was “traumatic amputation of the penis and scrotum,” according to police documents.
