A man was stabbed in the eye with a fork during an argument at a Chelsea diner early Friday, police said.
The suspect, Maurin Patterson, 29, was arrested at the Good Stuff Diner on West 14th St. just after the violence erupted about 5 a.m., police sources said.
Patterson allegedly got into a dispute with Damien Pitt, 25, before he grabbed the fork off a table, sources said.
“The suspect took a fork and stabbed the victim in the eye,” a police source said. “The fork went through the lid and into the eyeball.”

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
