Police say four motorcycles crashed on the Nerang-Murwillimbah Road at Advancetown and two men died.
At St George in the state's southern inland, a 34-year-old man was killed when the car he was driving rolled around 6.00am on Sunday.
On the Sunshine Coast a motorcycle rider in his 60s was killed in a crash on Atkinson Road at Bli Bli.
In the state's far north, a man died when the truck he was driving veered off a highway between Mareeba and Mount Molloy around lunchtime on Saturday.
