An enraged man viciously stabbed another man to death with scissors in Harlem Wednesday, police said.
The 32-year-old victim was fatally wounded in the back of his neck during an argument at the Drew Hamilton Houses on W. 143rd St. at 6:20 a.m., cops said.
Cops were hunting the suspect, who fled the apartment where the attack occurred.
