Homicide Detectives are investigating the brutal death of a 13-year-old girl who was stabbed, beaten and strangled before being dumped in a baseball dugout.
Jessica Funk-Haslam's body was found by a passer-by at the Rosemont Community Park in Sacramento on Tuesday.
She had suffered blunt force trauma to her head, a stab wound and was asphyxiated, according to a coroner's report.
