A newborn baby was found Thursday along a Washington State highway with its umbilical cord still attached.
The child was already dead when found in brush near North Bend only feet from the busy road Thursday afternoon, authorities said.
Officials have not said if the baby was a boy or girl, but did say it was full term, according to KOMO.
