A couple and two of their children have died after a fire engulfed their Indianapolis home this morning, while two surviving children are fighting for their lives.
Firefighters found the parents and their four children - aged 14, 11, 8 and 6 - unconscious inside the small bungalow-style home on North Olney Street just after 9am.
The parents, Lionel 'Leo' Guerra, 47, and his wife Brandy Mae Guerra, 33, were pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Eskenazi Hospital.
The couple's 11-year-old son, Esteban Guerra, and 8-year-old daughter, Blanquita Guerra, were pronounced dead at Riley Hospital for Children, where their two siblings — a 14-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy — remained in critical condition late Saturday afternoon.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
