A sick Detroit con dubbed the "Blowtorch Rapist" is behind bars after his latest alleged victim escaped his grasp by stabbing him in the eye with a screwdriver.
Roderick Neeley, 23, is being held without bond after the random attack at gunpoint.
Neeley stuffed the 43-year-old woman into a car and drove off, cops say. When he pulled over, the perp beat the woman, tore off her clothing and blowtorched her feet, the Detroit Free Press reported.
But the woman stabbed Neeley in the left eye with a screwdriver and fled.
The very next day, cops nabbed a man — with an injured eye — during a Detroit home invasion, the newspaper reported.
Neeley is charged with several crimes including torture, assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to do great bodily harm and assault with intent to maim.
