An anti-gay mob armed with wooden clubs and iron bars have assaulted 14 young boys while trying to 'cleanse' their neighbourhood of homosexuals.
Human rights activists said the mob dragged the 14 males from their beds in the Nigerian captial Abuja, before marching four of them to the local police station.
The four were then allegedly punched and kicked by police officers, who yelled expletives at them while they beat them.
