A small town in Massachusetts is in mourning following the tragic death of Colby O'Brien, who died on Thursday after a television set fell on him during an afterschool program.
The eight-year-old was sitting with his twin sister at Elm Street Elementary School in Gardner waiting to watch Toy Story 2 when the incident occurred about 4pm.
While it is not known how the television came to fall on him, one parent described the sets used at the school as 'big, old-fashioned boxy sets placed on tall metal carts'.
One boy, Brandon Comley, who was in O'Brien's class and afterschool, told The Boston Globe no one knew how it happened.

"He who can, does. He who cannot, teaches."
"Being is substance and life; life manifests by movement; movement is perpetuated by equilibrium; equilibrium is therefore the law of immortality.
"The doctrine of equality!... But there exists no more poisonous poison: for it seems to be preached by justice itself, while it is the end of justice.... "Equality for equals, inequality for unequals" that would be the true voice of justice: and, what follows from it, "Never make equal what is unequal."
