SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTLA) -- Sacramento police have arrested a woman on suspicion of killing her husband and then claiming the couple had been carjacked.
Police have charged Shajia Ayobi with murder in the shooting death of her husband, Ghulam Ayobi.
