Teenagers who have consumed so much alcohol they have to be hospitalised should be forced to pay for their treatment themselves, say hospital chiefs in Enschede.
Herre Kingma, head of the Twente Medisch Spectrum hospital, says it is 'absurd' society pays to take care of children who are unconscious through drink.
