Police Seek Help To Identify Men In Surveillance Video

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Not only was the man in this surveillance video shot in the chest, the shooter and his accomplice removed the victim’s pants and took them away.
Kansas City, Mo., police released this surveillance video Wednesday to get the public’s help in identifying the two attackers.
The shooting happened July 25 near the corner of 20th Street and Main Street in downtown Kansas City. The victim was skateboarding when the men appeared around the corner of a building and fired a shot at him.
The men then grabbed the victim and shot him in the chest. After the victim fell to the ground, they pulled his pants off and walked away.
The victim’s wallet and cell phone were inside the pants. He was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released.
